We have had some pretty skies so far this October.
I haven't made any special trips anywhere, but I caught a few colourful displays in between work and other events.

My favourite of the bunch is this long exposure that I took down in Futtsu on Tuesday morning. The clouds were moving really fast that day and there was a bitter wind blowing. It's the first day this season that I have had to put a wind jacket on. Well worth it though, the mountains in the background were bouncing off beautiful golden light and the fishing boats in the foreground were fun to watch.

This one was taken near my house one morning last week when I was out for for a walk. I love the hand painted sign. It says "Caution, trains!"
