このあたりでは
もみじはまだまだ紅葉しないけど
桜や他の葉は落ち始めました。
週末、近くの山を歩いてみました。
モミジの木の後ろの斜面は、きらきらのカーペットになっていました。
The maples are a long way away from their pretty autumn colours yet.
But this weekend I found a bit of colour on the ground as some of the other coloured leaves started to fall. I took a short walk in the hills near home and found this slope behind a maple tree, sparkling with the colours of fallen leaves.
