寒いけど、カマキリがまだいました。コカマキリです。
I just looked up the English name for this mantis,
I just looked up the English name for this mantis,
it's called an Asian Jumping mantis ！

In Japanese, they are called kokamakiri コカマキリ which means "little mantis".
I didn't know they could jump?
Kokamakiri are a lot smaller than their common relatives, the ookamakiri.
Ookamakiri means "giant mantis", and their English name is ... Giant Mantis.
So I think I will call this little fella "Little mantis".
