I found this place about 5 years ago while looking through binoculars along a remote stretch of chiba coastline. A single red shinto gate perched high up on a cliff above the crashing waves of the pacific ocean. This summer, I worked out how to get to it and spent a night up there under the milky way between two low tides. 

5年前くらい、千葉のある海岸を双眼鏡でのぞいていたら、この場所を見つけました。波が叩きつける崖の上に真っ赤な鳥居。今年の夏、やっと行き方を見つけたので、一晩ここで過ごしました。本当に綺麗な場所で、写真でこの綺麗さが少しでも伝わるといいなー
