お盆休みは後少しですね。

The sunrise has finally returned to a more reasonable hour of the day around here, it rose at 4:59 this morning, and tomorrow’s daybreak will be at 5:00. I got my weekend off to a bright start with an early morning walk before the heat arrives and took some photos of the local countryside along the way.

夜明けが少し遅くなってきたので、朝日を見に行きました。
久しぶりに朝日を見るときれいですね！

稲も黄金色になってきました。

Golden Rice Paddies

The rice paddies have started changing colour and in some places the rice seeds are now a golden yellow, all ready for harvest.
